I have to say that I watched different movie with Jason Statham and I always enjoyed this type of action film but really not this one. I'm sorry for both Statham and Alba but they where probably in their worst movie of theirs carriers. Let's start to say what I liked..some establishing shot are nice. That's it. Direction and editing are definitely something you can't compare with a pro..there are some passage that you can't even find in an amateur wedding tape. I don't want to spoiler a lot let's say that there are different occasion where the camera stay a bit to much and without a reason on Jessica Alba when she's doing the bath,when she's walking, when she's making love ..too much of a nice girl to put some spicy on a movie that is terrible and doesn't have a bit of rhythm during all the editing. Photography it's OK outside but it's poor in front of green back you will notice a lot so are definitely poorly done the visual effects. I think it's better do not waste time to watch this movie or you can show this movie to a filmmaker student class simply to show how things doesn't work. . . . with Demi Moore's father Dudley called ARTHUR. Jason Statham plays "Arthur Bishop" in MECHANIC: RESURRECTION. This begs the question: WHICH "Arthur" is more like Secret Agent 007–Bishop, or the earlier Art? I think that the first Art held his liquor better than this year's, which is an essential element of being Double Oh Seven. Art of the 1900s also was more observant toward the Rules of the British Realm. He'd never think of missing anything REALLY important to Queen and Country, suchTea Time. On the other hand, Mr. Statham's Arthur is a prolific killer of dozens,wellbeing a master at blowing things up. He also seems to attract a better class of women than the Older Art: Jessica Alba could practically pass for a Bond Girl (and I seem to remember that Michelle Yeoh actually WAS one). With Art the Younger hanging out near the James Bond Island in Thailand, when he's not off on side trips to Rio, Malaysia, Australia, and Bulgaria, it's pretty much of a toss-upto which Art makes a Better Bond. Mechanic: Resurrection plays in an uncommonly generic key, and the film only makes intermittent attempts to enliven the proceedings.
